The hotel had spacious rooms with 2 bedrooms and a living room. The double and single beds were comfy, but there were no duvets provided. The rooms were modern and cleaned daily, including fresh towels if needed. Climbing the mountain of stairs due to the out-of-order lift was a challenge during our stay.
The hotel had its ups and downs. Despite the modern and clean rooms that were daily serviced, there was quite a climb with the out-of-order lift situation. The location wasn't the best, requiring transport to the beach and Side old town. The dining experience could be improved, with limited food options despite opening times. However, the pool area was decent, offering a fair level of enjoyment.
I stayed in a family room located right by the fun pool. The check-in took some time, and we had to grab lunch first due to the room not being ready. The hotel’s lift was out of order, which made the process less convenient, especially with our bags.
The hotel offers spacious family rooms situated directly by the fun pool, with two bedrooms and a living room. Although our rooms were not ready upon arrival, the staff advised us to enjoy lunch while waiting, which turned out to be surprisingly good given the time. Fresh towels were readily available upon check-in, a nice touch for guests.
The hotel has its ups and downs. The rooms are a bit of a letdown as they have never worked well since they were built, but at least the double and single beds were comfy. However, it's a shame there were no duvets available. The lifts being out of order made it a bit inconvenient even though fresh towels were provided. The service was a mixed bag with some staff lacking in skills, but those at the Full Moon Beach were surprisingly welcoming. The location wasn't the best with a bit of a walk to the beach and Side old town, and the pool area felt a bit overcrowded. The dining experience left much to be desired as there were limited food options available. Despite the shortcomings, there were some friendly staff members and a decent pool area.
